I recently had the best dinner-date at Lox Farms in Loxahatchee.
Their ‘Fresh Rx’ dinners are amazing, and I loved everything about it! My husband, Nathan, also raved about what a fun night out it was for him, too.
My friend Jules Aron served as Beverage Director, and she whipped up a tasty cocktail with sake, tequila, fresh celery and cucumber juice. It was so refreshing! It even pleased Nathan (who typically avoids cocktails – he’s more of a beer kind of guy). He wanted seconds! That is a high testimonial of how good it was, LOL!
The evening began with some passed appetizers.
Then we enjoyed a tour of the farm with the Farm Manager, AJ.
After the farm tour, we gathered for the dinner.
We were seated at the BEST table, and we enjoyed getting to know all of the people we sat beside!
The food was chef-curated from Cucina Palm Beach, and the starter was charred vegetables picked the day before from Lox Farms.
The main course was freshly caught fish (I ate it before I took a photo of it, SorryNotSorry)… but the dessert was genuinely my favorite.
I can’t wait to go back to another Lox Farms dinner! The next one coming up is March 7, featuring a chef-curated meal from Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach.

Ohh what a gorgeous spot for a date night!
It was seriously beautiful and restful to see all that nature!
